The Java Integrated Industrial Port and Estate (JIIPE) integrated industrial estate has four docks managed by PT Berlian Manyar Sejahtera (BMS)
One JIIPE industrial area dock has been in operation since the end of January 2016 which serves loading and unloading of bulk and general cargo. The length of the pier is around 250 meters with a depth of two sides each minus 14 meters on the outside and minus 12 meters on the inside. Unmitigated, there are already 35 ships that have docked at the dock with a load of more than 500 thousand tons, such as fertilizer, wheat and others.
The second JIIPE industrial estate wharf was built on the reclamation island to the right of the multi-purpore jetty, used as loading and unloading of mining goods such as coal and dirty goods.
The third dock in the JIIPE industrial area, built on the left side of the multi-purpose jetty, serves the fishing industry and offshore maintenance.
The fourth pier in the JIIPE industrial area is used as a loading and unloading container. It is expected that with the fourth pier in the JIIPE industrial area, container loading and unloading traffic will not be interrupted by other dock activities.
