AKR Corporindo Director Suresh Vembu said, current land demand in the JIIPE area is still quite stable and even has the potential for an increase.
From there, the management of AKRA is eyeing sales of the area of the industrial estate around 20 ha - 30 Ha this year. One company that will definitely occupy land at JIIPE is PT Freeport Indonesia.
