Furthermore, Khofifah explained the strategic steps to prepare workers with special skills to be absorbed by the East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE, namely by making a mapping to match the specific skills needed by industry with labor.
East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is the largest industrial area in East Java as well as the first integrated industrial area in Indonesia which has been equipped with ports and docks for yachts and housing with the concept of an environmentally friendly independent city, named GEM City, with various exclusive facilities, such as golf courses and shopping centers.
