East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is the largest industrial area in East Java as well as the first integrated industrial area in Indonesia which has been equipped with ports and docks for yachts and housing with the concept of an environmentally friendly independent city, named GEM City, with various exclusive facilities, such as golf courses and shopping centers.
With all the supporting facilities, adequate facilities and infrastructure, it's no wonder that the East Java Industrial Zone of JIIPE is the choice of well-known companies. This was demonstrated by the merger of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk and PT Pangan Sari Utama Food Distribution with East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE in 2019.
However, the joining of the two leading companies did not necessarily make the East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE complacent. East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE continues to attract corporate interest to increase sales of its industrial land by relying on complete facilities.
