One of the mainstay facilities of the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is a port that has been integrated and equipped with four docks. The port in East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE serves to facilitate the distribution and logistics process for the factories in it.
Currently the port in the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE has two docks, a ship crane and a grab hopper. Nevertheless, the number of piers has not been able to keep up with the rapid increase in ship flow.
Therefore, PT Berlian Manyar Sejahtera (BMS) as a port operator in the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE said it would add two new docks and four railed mobile portal crane (RMPC) units to increase the capacity of the port to 5.4 million tons by 2022.
As the first industrial area in Indonesia that is not only integrated with modern ports, but also has a luxury residential facility called Gem City with a golf course and a dock for cruise ships, it is not surprising that the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE continues to attract investors and businesses to join.
