Salt is one of the most important raw materials for the consumption needs and for supporting the sustainability of several industrial sectors which in the production process requires the presence of industrial salt.
In this regard, PT Unichem Candi Indonesia has built an industrial salt processing plant and consumption salt in JIIPE Industrial Estate. The plant has been equipped with high technology to optimize production processes and production outcome.
There are several lines built by PT Unichem Candi Indonesia in the JIIPE Industrial Estate. Two lines are used for washing salt, while the other line is used for refined salt. With an area of 8 hectares, PT Unichem Candi Indonesia hopes to make a major contribution to food security in Indonesia.
