JIIPE industrial estate is the pioneer of the first integrated industrial estate in Indonesia. JIIPE industrial estate is the largest industrial estate in East Java because of its total area which reaches 3,000 hectares.
In addition to the industrial estate, JIIPE industrial estate is also equipped with a residential area that has an independent city concept.
The residence was built in an area of 800 hectares of industrial area equipped with a variety of exclusive facilities that support the comfort of its inhabitants, such as schools, hospitals, golf courses, and docks for cruise ships.
