There is no doubt that the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE has received the title as the largest industrial estate in East Java. This is also evidenced by the construction which reached three stages with the first stage of the construction of the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE which was completed in 2018.
As of 2019, the second phase of the East Java Industrial Estate development in JIIPE is underway. The second phase of development of the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is targeted to be completed in 2022.
The second phase of development includes the establishment of an area for industry on a land area of 256 ha. In addition, through the second phase of development, PLTG capacity in the East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE will also be increased by 500 megawatts in stages.
The addition of PLTG capacity in the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is caused by the potential for an increase in the mining and power generation sector in Indonesia, so that the East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE must make optimal efforts to compensate.
