JOB DESCRIPTION :

Execute maintenance and or repair activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building

Perform manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing conditions in buildings.

• Ensure the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in all building is function optimally by conducting regular inspections and maintenance.
• Manage third parties to perform building maintenance services (e.g., AC, Lift, etc.)
• Execute maintenance and or repair action as per maintenance schedule and or request.
• Manage proper building outdoor cleanliness.
• Ensure the implementation of outdoor cleanliness service perform regularly.
• Manage third parties to perform cleanliness for building outdoor area (i.e., gondola)

Monitor and manage third parties performance.

• Perform review of third-party companies before contract ends.

REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 Year(s) working experience as an Technician MEP, troubleshooting, maintenance activity mechanical, electrical and plumbing in entire building.
• Having good knowledge and experience about K3 Building, Electrical system and Mechanical maintenance.
• Ready to work independently and as a team
• Having strong Leadership, good Communication and interaction Skill
• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
