​JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate Has Potential to Become National Logistics Center

JIIPE as an Industrial Estate in Gresik Surabaya has the potential to become one of the logistics centers in Indonesia because of the existence of an Industrial Estate that is able to accommodate many industries from various sectors and other supporting infrastructure such as deep-sea ports, power plants, toll roads and railroad lines. This will increase efficiency for industries in the Industrial Estate / Industrial Estate of JIIPE and existing industries in the vicinity of Industrial Estate.

JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate is fully integrated with ports, power plants, receiving LNG terminals, processing sea water into fresh water, and railroad logistics. The total land area provided is 3,000 hectares (ha), consisting of 1,600 ha for industrial areas, 400 ha for ports, 800ha for property and settlements.

The existence of the Port in the Gresik Industrial Zone JIIPE itself increasingly adds alternatives for customers who want to minimize logistics costs and are easily able to reach the regions of Central Indonesia and Eastern Indonesia to foreign markets.
