On an area of 1800 hectares, JIIPE Industrial Estate is one of the Industrial Estate in Indonesia that will receive nine industries that are ready to occupy. Of the nine industries, there are two industries which are now operating in JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate. There is a chemical plant PT Clariant Indonesia and a salt factory PT Unicahem Candi Indonesia. In addition, four other companies that are under construction and will be completed in the near future are fertilizer company PT Hextar Fertilizer Indonesia, concrete and construction company PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia, PT Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk or Sari Roti, and PT CML.
