AKR Land has the first basic industry that has TBK / Corporate. AKR itself has been around for 54 years in Indonesia with specialization in the chemical industry, petroleum, Lippo and many other industries, which are still running. Until now, PT. Not only that, AKR Land is also developing its properties in the city of Surabaya, including properties in the form of apartments, office towers, super blocks, which are located 40 km from Gresik.
The big target of PT. AKR is the development of JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate) covering an area of 3000 hectares in Gresik, East Java. JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate) is one of President Joko Widodo's Strategic projects, which is the first deep seaport in the area. JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate) is one of the international standards for industrial projects, with many international companies to freeport, including Pelindo III. JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate) as a modern industrial area was chosen because the available access can be used easily, such as toll roads and sea ports. In the JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate) industrial area, a residential area of 12 hectares was also built.
AKR does not only focus on big cities such as the capital city of Jakarta, but AKR also looks at Indonesia as a whole, so that AKR also focuses on its development outside Java. With the development of the JIIPE industrial estate evenly, it is hoped that there will also be equal distribution of employment so that it reduces the unemployment rate in all regions in Indonesia, which in fact are located in the outskirt areas of the big city.

Freeport Indonesia, which developed its first smelter at JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate), AKR Land also developed affordable housing concepts, Marina estate, as a residence for workers in JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate) . AKR Land itself has developed 300 hectares of residential, warehousing, commercial areas that are starting to be marketed. It is expected that in the next 5 years the entire existing 300 hectares of GEM City will be developed.
East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is the largest industrial estate in East Java as well as the first integrated industrial estate in Indonesia which has been equipped with ports and docks for yachts and housing with an environmentally friendly industrial area, named GEM City, with various exclusive facilities, such as golf courses and shopping centers within the industrial estate.
