East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE may have been widely heard in the industrial sector related to its title as the largest industrial estate in East Java. Related to this, PT AKR Corporindo Tbk as one of the companies involved in the JIIPE East Java Industrial Estate project sees a very large potential for an increase in land sales in the East Java Industrial Estate in JIIPE.
Suresh Vembu as Director of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk is optimistic that JIIPE East Java Industrial Estate will get a large enough land demand in the future. As a basis for the statement, Suresh stated that the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE successfully sold 28 hectares of land in 2017.
At present there are also several companies that are interested in buying land in JIIPE's East Java Industrial Estate and are in the process of negotiations. In this case, JIIPE's East Java Industrial Estate is targeting the sale of 20-30 hectares of land in 2020.
East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is the largest industrial area in East Java as well as the first integrated industrial area in Indonesia which has been equipped with ports and docks for yachts and housing with the concept of an environmentally friendly independent city, named GEM City, with various exclusive facilities, such as golf courses and shopping centers.
