为了减轻Covid-19爆发所造成的纳税人的经济负担，政府通过财政部（财政部）增加了可以享受税收优惠的商业部门的数量。此外，政府还为微型，中小型企业（MSME）提供了新的设施。
MSME的税收便利和便利如下：
1.所得税第二十一条
从事1062个特定工业领域之一的公司的员工，获得用于出口目的的进口设施（KITE）的公司以及在保税区的公司的员工均可获得政府承担的所得税设施。
2.所得税第二十二条进口
在KITE公司和保税区公司中从事431个特定工业领域之一的纳税人可免征第二十二条所得税的进口。
3.收入分期付款奖励第25条
从事846个特定工业领域之一的纳税人，风筝（KITE）公司和保税区的公司，应按第25条的规定将所得税分期付款减少30％。
