JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop engagement strategy to foster positive and mutually beneficial relationship between company and external parties (government, organization/ association, external institution, and public) to support company growth.

• Define tailored engagement strategy to each external parties.
• Review external relation initiatives to improve relationships with external parties.
• Promote win-win solution and resolve external relation issues

Establish and maintain positive relationship with external parties e.g. government in relation with company’s objective.

• Government office visitation and time to time communication.
• Forum communication and beneficial membership to related reputable organization (i.e. HKI, APINDO, Kadin, etc.)

Proactively establish relationship and lobby external parties.

• Lead, build, maintain contact and lobby governmental and non governmental organizations/other relevant authorities such as legislative authorities and associations.

QUALIFICATION :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economy/Law.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field of External Relation.
• Good experience of communication, government regulation & government relation
• Ready to work independently and as a team
• English literature skill is preferable
• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
