JIIPE is the first integrated estate in Indonesia, with total area of 3,000 hectares, consisting of industrial estate, multipurpose port, logistic center, bonded zone, leisure, commercial and residential township. With 1761 Ha for industrial estate 400 Ha for multipuspose ports, and 800 Ha for residential township JIIPE offers 3 modes of connetivity to reach domestic and global international market; form a deep sea port at your doorstep, currently 3.5 Km from Manyar Toll Gate and the new Direct Toll Railway in 2020. Located strategically in the mouth of Madura Straits, our attached port will be the deepest in East Java (-16 LWS). with 4 jetties and 6,200 meter total berth area, JIIPE could cater capesize vessels until 150,000 DWT.

AKR Corporindo TBk is an integrated logistics and supply chain solutions company that operates in distribution of petroleum and basic chemicals, logistic services, manufacturing of sorbitol and adhesive materials, and also coal mining and trading. The company was established on November 28, 1977 under tha name of PT. Aneka Kimia Raya. The company became a public listed company in 1994 and later changed its name to PT. AKR Corporindo TBk in 2004.

The company’s extensive assets include sea ports and river ports in Indonesia, river ports in Guigang – China, tank terminals for petroleum and basic chemicals, manufacturing facilities of sorbitol and adhesive materials, self-propelled oil barges, trucks, warehouses, manufacturing facilities of sorbitol and adhesive materials, and other assets.

The company is the first national private company to enter the non-subsidized petroleum distribution business since 2005. The company is also the first national private company trusted by BPH Migas to distribute susidized petroleum since 2010. The Company received allocation of 640.000 KL of susidized petroleum for the year 2014.
